THANK YOU all so much for your support of our new Viking Travel Coins!  The results of this Kickstarter have far exceeded our expectations, and we will have a ton of work ahead of us in terms of ordering, packaging, and preparing for shipment, but it will be so great to bring this project to fruition and get the Viking Travel Coins into all of your hands and pockets!!

With 3 hours remaining, we are approaching $100,000 in backer funds!  Again, just amazing!!

What's next:

In about 2 weeks, we will send out the BackerKit Surveys to all backers.  When you receive your BackerKit survey, you will be able to add on additional Viking Travel Coins, leather coin sleeves, and even Carpe Diem and Carpe Noctem coins from our previous Kickstarter campaigns.

As always, if you have any questions, please send us a message, or post a comment through the Kickstarter Campaign.

Best regards,

Jim and Kenny

A heartfelt THANK YOU, and a long journey of my own...

Wow!  I am beyond amazed at the incredible outpouring of support for our Viking Travel Coin project.  With 12 days left in the campaign, there are already 1414 of you that will be carrying Odin and his familiars with you as you journey through life.  Thank You!!!

I've been on a bit of a journey of my own these past weeks, preparing to move from California where my family has lived for the past 30 years (23 years in the same home just north of San Francisco), to Michigan, where my wife and I were born and met while attending Michigan State University.  We bought a home right near the MSU campus back in April, and have been working out the logistics of moving here during a pandemic for the past couple of months.  Well, this past week, Tracey and I drove our son Will and our two pugs, with as much as we could pack into a mini-van, from California to Michigan.  After three hotel stays in Elko Nevada, Cheyenne Wyoming, and Des Moines Iowa, we arrived at our new home last night, and spent the first night in our new home on two mattresses that we had delivered before we arrived.  All of our household contents from California will be coming in about a week, so we will be living a pretty Spartan lifestyle until then (pun intended - Michigan State University is the home of the Spartans).

I will provide additional updates when there is new information on the project to share - I don't want to interrupt your inboxes too much.  Just know that your pledge is in good hands - we've been running Carpe Diem EDC for over 5 years now, and we have two successful kickstarters with very satisfied backers under our belt.

Before I sign-off from this update, I do want to bring your attention to another cool kickstarter campaign that I just backed myself.  I am always looking for places to put my EDC gear when I come into the house, or when I am getting ready for bed at night, etc.  My friends over at Mordeco have designed a really cool organizer for EDC stuff or gaming accessories, and I think it makes a perfect place to put the EDC coins and fidgets I carry every day when I take them out of my pocket.  I'd love it if you'd check out their kickstarter campaign - there are still 5 days left!

Revov Tray Box- The Most Effortless Organizer for Everyday Carry.  With a Magnetic Rotating Mechanism, it feels like the lid is hovering. This is the most effortless organizer for your Everyday Carry Objects.
